Nanyo Nanev was born and lives in the town of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. He is a freelance artist who gets his inspiration from Bulgarian nature and culture. He is the author of a large number of paintings, and has also worked on several mural projects, two of the biggest being in Excelsior Shopping Centre in the centre of Plovdiv and in Sofia Princess Casino. His works are in the collections of fine art lovers from Bulgaria, Russia, the United States, Turkey, Mexico, the Netherlands Antilles and a number of Western European countries.
